The Cabrillo Pavilion and our plan for Santa Barbara's future.

The Cabrillo Pavilion was a gift to the people of Santa Barbara by David Gray, a local philanthropist, with a vision for the importance of beach life for all Santa Barbarans, and the opportunity to secure coastal public access in perpetuity.  Dedicated for park and recreation purposes, it has been a major part of our community's life on the beach since the 1920s. Now, we are renovating the Pavilion to prepare it for the next century of healthy, active, accessible life in Santa Barbara.
